At Your Service Education (AYSE) provides Wellness Education for those that wish to take back what G-D gave them- Good Health. What would you do if you could be optimally well? The fact is most people are born healthy. I should know I was a high-risk labor and delivery nurse that specialized in antepartum. Healthy Moms=Healthy Babies. Being healthy is not that difficult. Undoing bad habits is the real issue. We are wired subconsciously. Time to understand how the Mind, Body, and Sprit work together to create illness or wellness. 12 Months to Wellness is about building a firm foundation to achieve and maintain your wellness. All teachings are based on nursing interventions and the science of the human body.
